舊食記憶说明：

使用建築舊有素材和具有清新舒適意象的藍綠色系，呼應義大利麵餐廳溫暖活力的風格。主用餐空間牆上管道變成了壁燈的線路與排煙管，將其漆上亮眼的芥黃色，化為連結各空間的「縫書線」，縱橫交錯出活潑的牆面風景，也連貫了餐廳每個角落。另一側搶眼的藍綠色窗格鏡面牆，即使在稍嫌狹長的空間中，藍綠色的牆面總能給人舒適放鬆的視覺感受，在透過鏡面的反射也讓視覺空間更加寬闊。使用低彩度、明度的色彩，與空間中舊有原木質感相互呼應，帶出老街屋與餐廳陳年的溫度與記憶。

沿用建築舊有窗框及防盜鐵窗鑲崁裝訂、拼湊排列成落地窗景在今昔時光的不同媒介中交錯出豐富的光與影。 The building has remain untouched for the past four decades and the old window and materials were left included the sandy color glass and flower pattern concrete blocks. The interior lighting quality kept the existing melody and the richness of the material surfaces enhance the energy of the space.
