灰阶

墙面做为边界,清楚界定不同的使用属性,并确实定意"空间"的存在。而边界本身在传统图学里透过投影法仅探讨到因需求而生的垂直立墙及硬性转折，再透过光影的分布，一个有形一个无形搭配出清楚的分线，锐利的阴影，明暗清晰。

3维向度的空间存在丰富的探索性，3d模型的空间探讨解放投影法，我们企图利用这样的设计方法寻求墙与光之间的新关系，重新界定边界本身的真实连续性，让无形的光线在有形的墙面上体现真正的流窜，数字制造工艺精准缝合边界折角达成3维向度的边界模糊，灰色地带随之而生，桥接明暗。

 单一，大面，流窜的立面材，透过对制造工艺的探寻，体现生活的连续性，横向延展水平视野，天花辅以单点特殊形态作为焦点创造空间张力，阅读空间放入公共区平面中央，以反差的粗糙面石材包覆温润木料呈现稳种，自我，半遮半显的一人角落，与形态天花底下的独立钢琴达到平衡，厨房及卧室回归单纯材料面的本质呈现，让材料纹理于空间中能适任氛围，材料细节能展现工艺，空间衔接能互为表里。

A wall serves as a border to clearly differentiate various properties of usage and to truly define the existence of the “space”. However, in traditional 2d drawing technique, vertically-standing walls and rigid diagonal turning points that are borne due to demand are explored through methods of projection. Then, with a distribution of light and shadow, the tangible object and intangible shadows create a clear border line with sharp shadows that distinctively dividing the bright and dark.

There are many facets to explore in a three-dimensional space. With 3D modeling, we can break the limits of projection, which is how we hope to find a new relationship between walls and lighting, and re-define the true continuity of borders themselves. The intangible light can thus actually flow along tangible wall surfaces. With the accurate digital manufacturing, the border angles are precisely stitched to create blurred 3D borders with gray zones that bridge the gap between bright and dark.

The single, large flowing surface serves as a physical representation of the continuity of life via its exploration of crafted techniques. It horizontally expands upon the view and adds single-spot special form in the ceiling to act as a focal point to create a tighter sense of space. The reading space is installed into the middle of the public area, using rough stones to create a contrast with the mild wood it wraps around. A resulting stable and half-hidden personal corner balances with the standalone piano under the ceiling. The design for kitchen and bedroom returns to simply expressing the true nature of the material, allowing their textures to fit into the atmosphere of the surrounding space. The details of the materials showcase the level of craftsmanship, while the connection of different spaces allows a contrast to be created.
