74.5坪的複層豪宅，融入屋主極簡時尚品味，希望透過深色調的鋪設，營造出舒服、放鬆的家屋氛圍；對設計師而言，如何在低調內斂的深色調空間，同時蘊含精緻美感是此案最大的挑戰。整體空間結合工業風的個性，透過鍍鈦等奢華元素點綴其中，精準的比例拿捏，營造出奢華質感；兩層樓的外觀上，以玻璃、鐵件打造，通透的材質讓空間整個打開來，加上視覺上更簡化收納與門片設計，讓空間更顯開闊，領域自然產生互動與對話；連位於角落的餐廳區，也以不同角度的木作格柵安排，讓光線、空氣更為流動與通透。位於二樓空間的廊道上，可將戶外的風景延攬入室，整體視覺更顯遼闊寬敞，享受融入自然的暢快生活。

The 74.5-ping double-layered luxurious residence is integrated with the owner’s taste for simple fashion. The arrangement of the dark colors is to create the comfortable and relaxing atmosphere at home. For the designer, the greatest challenge of the project is how to endow the low-profile and reserved space in dark colors with the exquisite beauty. The overall space in the industrial style is embellished with the luxurious elements such as titanium plating. The precise ratio creates the luxurious texture. The external of the two floors is made with glass and iron pieces. The transparent materials open the space. Furthermore, the storage and door design is simplified visually to make the space broader. The fields have interactions and conversations naturally. For the dining area at the corner, the wood grille in different angles are arranged to make light and air flow. The corridor on the second floor extends the outdoor scenery indoors. The overall sight is more expansive and broader so that the owner can enjoy the delightful life with the nature.

客廳裡保留挑高六米的高度，大面窗景的打造，將充沛光源與風景引入，營造出軒昂氣勢。

The six-meter ceiling is preserved in the living room. The large window introduces sufficient light and scenery to the space and creates the grand momentum.

整體空間以深色調為基底，透過鍍鈦與透亮感的燈飾配件，賦予奢華質感。

With the base of dark colors, the overall space is endowed with the luxurious texture with the light decorations of titanium plating with transparency.

兩層樓高的空間裡，利用大量的玻璃與鐵件打造，穿透的玻璃材質讓光線能夠流淌一室，讓空間有打開、開放之感。

The two-floor space is built with a large quantity of glass and iron pieces. The transparent glass material enables light to fill the space and bring the feeling of openness.

電視牆的底部先以木紋清水模鋪陳，再搭配自然紋理的石材造型，不對襯的視覺感受下，右側藉由高低錯落的燈飾點綴，來平衡視覺重量。

With the base of the wood-pattern architectural concrete, the TV wall is accompanied by the stone with the natural patterns. The right side is embellished with the lights of different heights to balance the visual height of the asymmetric visual effect.

沙發後方為廚房空間，挑選一字型的廚具，上方搭配一片層板串連，穿透的材質界定，加上鐵件的安排，展現出簡潔俐落感受。

Behind the sofa is the kitchen. The one-wall kitchen layout is adopted and connected by the one-piece shelf above. The transparent material and the arrangement of the iron pieces show the neat and clear feeling.

利用格柵造型的屏隔界定出餐廳空間，可彈性調整每塊木片角度，讓光線與空氣更顯流通。

The grille style separates and defines the dining space. The angles of every piece of wood can be adjusted flexibly to let light and air flow.

餐廳壁面以異材質混搭，天花板垂掛圓弧形的造型吊燈，豐富用餐的空間造型。

The wall of the dining room is mixed with different materials. The arc style hanging light on the ceiling enriches the style of the dining space.

梯下壁面以七個不規則造型層板堆疊，讓屋主可擺設自己收藏的公仔，同時創造出空間的展示美學機能。

There are seven irregular shelves on the wall under the stairs for the owner to display the collection of figurines and at the same time create the aesthetic function of the space.

坐在二樓廊道上，隨著穿透的玻璃隔間與挑高視野，可將戶外的風景與宅底造型收入眼底，享受一片寬敞舒心的氣息。

With the transparent glass partition and elevated sight, the corridor on the second floor is where you can have a full view of the outdoor scenery and the house style and enjoy the broad and comforting atmosphere.

主臥裡，打破制式化的衣櫃設計，透過精品展示概念來懸掛衣服、擺放配件，讓機能與品味完美結合，展現極簡時尚味。

In the master bedroom, the standardized wardrobe design is removed. The concept of the boutique display is applied in hanging the clothes and arranging the accessories, combining the function and the taste perfectly and showing the simple fashion style.
