因為基地低於主要道路,所以我們先將原基地高程設定為地下室,而一樓則抬高並懸空;這種類似南島民族的高腳屋建築型態.可有效解少濕熱的地氣,使得室內空間更乾燥涼爽;地下室除了停車及儲物室的功能外,在車道基礎中,我們預留了集水箱涵,以防現今極端氣候的強降雨.並且為了過濾過多的陽光則在外牆做了金屬隔柵同時讓造型更精緻.
為了克服過大的結構跨距以及因應大雨而設置的雨水收集槽,我們整合了結構工程以及機電工程的專業.
符合使用者的要求並且解決天候的議題.同時提供各個成員專屬的空間.並且也有大家群聚的地方.
Land and climate are the biggest challenges we face. We hope to make good use of the characteristics of the land and the countermeasures to face the climate to design. In order to overcome the excessive structural span and the rainwater collection trough set in response to heavy rain, we have integrated the majors of structural engineering and electromechanical engineering.
