伫立于台中市热闹街头的绿色小山丘，没有华丽的外墙、没有通天细琢的梁柱，它有的是清新、温暖的草坪，和不受城市喧嚣打扰的静谧。

呼应销售建案建筑师畏研吾负建筑的设计概念，【勤美之森】售楼处以白色为主体，悄悄地隐藏在一片绿意之中，将城市的人车轻巧的隔离于外，简单自在的与自然和谐共生。

为了把大片绿地还给都市，本设计以一个隆起的绿色山丘为概念，小山丘的绿地上提供都市作为公共艺术品的舞台，让艺术自然的展现于环境之间，可以根据不同的展览主题，陈列不同的大型户外艺术品；小山丘下为了满足实质的空间机能，以阶梯状堆栈的空间量体隐身于大草坡下，对应需要自然光线的空间，则由绿地窜出，时而是开窗、时而配置户外平台，让草坡上的艺术品也得以从建筑内部窥见。

顺应草坡的走向，建筑内部的天花自然形成斜面的屋顶，以木作版片穿插流明天花，模拟出天窗的效果，大厅错落的大树、夹层出挑的楼板，塑造出有趣的半户外垂直空间感，让隐身于草坡下的空间，仍能感受自然的氛围。

The small green hills standing on the busy streets of Taichung City have neither luxury exteriors nor astonished building form. Instead, there are fresh and warm lawns and a sense of serenity undisturbed by the hustle and bustle of the city.

In response to the design concept of defeated architecture, proposed by the building project architect, Kengo Kuma, the main body of the reception center “Green Hill”is white. Hidden quietly among the greenery, it cunningly separates itself from the people and vehicles of the city and exists in harmony with nature simply and freely.

The green area on the small hills provides the city with a stage for public artworks by allowing natural art displays in its surroundings. To meet the practical space functionality, the space below the hills is hidden under the large grass slope in a stepped expanse of space. The spaces in need of natural light stretch out from the green land. Sometimes the windows are opened; sometimes, the outdoor platforms are arranged. In this way, the artworks on the grass slope can be seen from inside the buildings.

Following the inclination of the grass slope, the sloping roof is naturally formed with the interior ceiling. The wooden plates interlaced with the luminous ceiling simulate the effect of sky windows. The large scattered trees and the mezzanine floor slabs create an interesting semi-outdoor vertical space feeling so that the natural atmosphere can still be felt in the space hidden under the grass slope.
